Part-time students face unique challenges accessing post-secondary education. In addition to school, many of us work, have family care responsibilities, or have other obligations on campus or in our community. As the central voice for part-time students, APUS lobbies on a local, provincial and national level on behalf of our members on issues such as:

  • Affordable, accessible and high quality post-secondary education
  • Increased financial support for part-time students
  • Increased part-time student representation in decision-making
  • Accessibility
  • Climate Justice and Divestment
  • Childcare
  • Consent Culture
  • Part-Time and Proud and Equity
