We want to make sure that you know about all the key dates coming up each term. The following dates apply to the Faculty of Arts & Science. Your Faculty’s dates may differ, so make sure to check for those if you’re not an A&S student!
- January 8th – Classes in S courses begin
- January 16th – Waitlists for S courses close at end of day
- January 21st – Last day to enrol in S courses
- January 21st – Program/Course fee freeze date
- January 31st – Last day to request June 2024 graduation
- February 1st – Deadline to prove Ontario residency if charged out of province fees (more info here)
- February 19th – Last day to drop Y courses
- February 19th – Family Day – University CLOSED; no classes
- February 19th-23rd – Reading Week
- February 20th-23rd – Deferred exam period for students who missed a December 2023 exam
- February 21st – Summer course enrolment start times available on ACORN
- March 1st – First day on enrolment for Summer courses
- March 1st-3rd – Course enrolment priority period for Faculty of Arts & Science students
- March 4th – General enrolment period for Faculty of Arts & Science students
- March 11th – Last day to drop S courses
- March 29th – Good Friday – University CLOSED; no classes or final exams
- April 5th – Classes end in S courses and in Y courses
- April 8th – Last day to add or remove a CR/NCR option and to request Late Withdrawal (LWD) from S and Y courses
- April 8th – First day of course enrolment for St. George campus (downtown) students who are not enrolled the Faculty of Arts & Science
- April 9th – Study Day
- April 9th – First day of course enrolment (in Arts & Science courses) for UTM and UTSC students
- April 10th-30th – Final exams in S and Y courses
- April 24th – Tuition fee payment/deferral deadline for 2024 Summer session
